Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to join the team. You will unload shipments, sign for deliveries, and accurately process receipts in QuickBooks while handling damaged inventory.

You will manage inventory transfers, stock put-away, supply restocking, and order hardware for shop/warehouse/office. Regular counts and KPI reporting are required; forklift certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in warehouse shipping/receiving coordination or similar.
• Valid & good standing driver's license.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload all incoming shipments off delivery trucks.
• Sign for incoming shipments, review for damage and update vendors of missing or damaged product.
• Receive all shipments into QuickBooks accurately and in a timely manner. Handle all Damaged & Defective Inventory.
• Handle all Inventory transfers. Put away all product shipments neatly.
• Put away all shop/office supplies.
• Order Hardware and Supplies for Shop/Warehouse/Office.
• Restock Hardware and Supplies for Shop/Warehouse/Office.
• Perform inventory checks. Perform Yearly inventory counts.
• Submit Warehouse KPI’s.
• Lift up to 50 lbs or more with assistance (dolly, hand truck, forklift).
