Job summary

CBRE HV is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage shipping, receiving, storage, and issuing materials across the stockroom and warehouse. You will ensure safe receipt and timely dispatch of goods while leading a team.

The role requires coordinating inbound/outbound schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing security and safety procedures. Candidates should have forklift certification, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related warehouse experience.
• Certified forklift operating license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Coordinate workload demand, forecast capacity, and oversee daily activities of the warehouse team.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform physical counts; reconcile with system data.
• Enforce security procedures and optimize storage layouts; ensure safety compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals.
• Prepare reports and support management with process improvements.
