Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution.
• Able to operate MHE and forklift certified.
• English reading/writing/verbal required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Oversee unloading, receiving, picking and staging to meet productivity goals.
• Coordinate loading of outbound orders and verify paperwork with drivers.
• Ensure quality control by using documentation to confirm correct products and orders.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse and enforce safety procedures and OSHA rules.
• Direct warehouse team and help scheduling and staffing to meet targets.
• Assist in inventory control and process improvements.
