Job summary

Stabilus in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Aftermarket Warehouse. You will supervise inbound/outbound activities, oversee inventory accuracy, and ensure safe, compliant operations across shifts.

Lead a team of full-time and temporary staff, coordinate with production planning, and drive continuous improvement through Lean/5S methodologies while upholding OSHA standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial product environment is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/WMS systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations at the Aftermarket Warehouse and ensure efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team; coordinate with Manufacturing, Logistics, Production Planning, and Customer Service.
• Supervise inbound/outbound activities, receiving, put-away, pick/pack, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure SAP transactions, inventory adjustments, and related records are accurate and timely.
• Drive Lean/5S initiatives to improve flow, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain and report KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, and order fill rate.
