Job summary

Precor in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. You will operate forklifts/reach trucks, use SAP and RF scanners, and ensure accurate staging and loading of orders with strict safety practices.

You will also train teammates, collaborate with Shipping, Inventory Control, and Customer Service, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating a forklift or reach truck in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or comparable warehouse systems.
• Understanding of inventory flow and warehouse material-handling processes.
• Experience with cycle counting, shipping, and receiving.
• Ability to use RF scanners and computer-based inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Stage orders, verify accuracy, and prepare shipments following FIFO practices.
• Load/unload trailers and verify shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Use RF scanners and SAP to track inventory movements and maintain records.
• Operate forklifts/reach trucks safely and assist with safety policy compliance.
• Maintain organized warehouses, report issues, and support cross-training.
• Coordinate with departments and carriers to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Identify safety, accuracy, and workflow improvements; participate in meetings.
