Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in the US to plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse. You will develop and manage warehouse operations to control receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers, and you will propose and manage the annual warehouse budget.

You will lead third-party logistics partnerships, track KPIs, optimize costs, and ensure regulatory compliance in SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations/Logistics.
• Experience in SAP WM/MM/PP modules is required.
• Experience with third-party logistics is preferred.
• Proficiency in Power Query and Power BI for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party logistics partnerships and oversee warehouse operations.
• Track KPIs against standards and ensure on-time material supply.
• Monitor resource utilization and implement cost-optimization actions.
• Develop and manage the annual warehouse budget within financial parameters.
• Lead inventory counts and ensure accurate stock control in SAP.
