Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse ops with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with WMS and inventory software.
• Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management.
• Assign daily tasks and supervise warehouse staff.
• Monitor time and attendance of the team.
• Train staff to comply with safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Inspect for safety issues and correct as needed.
• Implement and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to control inventory.
• Develop policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Serve as backup to drivers when needed.
