Job summary

Coleto Brands is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Progress Lighting Distribution Center in Jefferson, GA. This full-time exempt role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and focuses on safety, productivity, quality, and engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (SAP preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S or Continuous Improvement knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift meetings and direct warehouse operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
• Plan and allocate labor resources based on business demands, staffing levels, and priorities.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop warehouse associates while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time; maintain inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, quality, safety, attendance, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipment performance.
• Promote a strong safety culture by complying with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports and analyze operational metrics to support business decisions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
