Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill a General Warehouse Associate position at our Progress Lighting – Jefferson, GA location for 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30PM), Monday through Friday, overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, reach trucks and pacers.

This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years in distribution or warehouse setting.
• Certification in PIT operation preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to shift priorities and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products.
• Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5S methodology.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in team/safety meetings.
• Additional duties as assigned.
