Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in Perris, CA to coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities under the Operations Supervisor. You will direct work assignments and support material handling and forklift duties while upholding safety and productivity goals.

The role requires an ability to adapt to shifting priorities, strong attention to detail, and effective communication with internal and external partners. Benefits include a robust package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Work with shift leadership to meet shift goals.
• Oversee and coordinate warehouse processes: receiving, put away, picking, loading.
• Direct work assignments to employees.
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift tasks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Suggest process improvements to the supervisor.
• Communicate issues and ideas to management and help implement solutions.
• Maintain safe operation of all material handling equipment.
• Train staff on SOPs and work instructions.
