Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities under the direction of the Operations Supervisor. The role focuses on directing work assignments and providing hands-on support in material handling and forklift operations.

You will drive safety, quality, and productivity goals with the warehouse leadership team, train staff on SOPs, and ensure orderly inventory storage and labeling.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Work with shift leadership to meet goals.
• Direct assignments to employees and provide hands-on support.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and proper inventory labeling.
• Train staff on SOPs and work instructions.
