Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in California to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put away, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will drive performance, ensure inventory accuracy, and implement improvements while maintaining safety and compliance.

This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and emphasizes collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet service levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent experience accepted.
3+ years in warehouse/distribution with 2+ years in leadership of 15+ staff.
Strong knowledge of material logistics, inventory accuracy, and production/order requirements.
Experience with ERP and WMS systems, SAP S/4HANA preferred.
Experience leading continuous improvement: Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, DMAIC.
Audits, compliance programs, and operational standardization experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put away, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance and implementing improvements.
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Coach and develop warehouse team members.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Customer Service.
Analyze metrics and take corrective actions to improve efficiency and service.
