Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Dallas is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse activities, supervise direct reports, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across daily operations. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance management while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting special projects for the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or military leadership equivalent.
• Minimum six months in warehouse or supply chain with leadership demonstrated.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities required.
• Experience with quality management methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activities and resources.
• Lead and coach a team of direct reports; handle performance management and recognition.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports for day-to-day decisions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and KPI targets are met in operations.
• Manage vacation and time-off to minimize disruption and meet customer needs.
