Job summary

You will supervise shift workflow, allocate labor, manage RF scanning, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate with staffing agencies, monitor KPIs, enforce OSHA standards, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution experience; 1-2 years in a lead role.
• Experience overseeing receiving, shipping, inventory control and scheduling.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and enforce safety standards.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; familiarity with WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Supervise and coordinate shift workflow; set priorities and allocate labor based on volume.
• Lead RF scanning processes to ensure inventory accuracy and real-time system integrity.
• Maintain inventory control standards, conduct cycle counts, and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee temporary labor onboarding, training, and time tracking; coordinate with agencies.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and order cycle time; drive efficiency improvements.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance; promote a culture of safety through training.
• Respond to emergencies and staffing shortages; provide hands-on support to maintain workflow.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
