Job summary

National Beverage Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Columbus, Ohio to lead all warehousing and transportation activities for produced, purchased, and finished goods.

The role requires oversight of receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and cost management. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff while ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, supply chain, logistics or equivalent.
• 5-7 years’ experience in warehouse supervision.
• OSHA HAZMAT Certification and forklift certification.
• Experience with HACCP, GMP and third‑party auditors.
• Food processing or consumer goods packaging/production experience.
• Strong MS Office and reporting software skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Solid business acumen and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling and shipping requirements.
• Protect warehouse security and inventories.
• Maintain inventory levels and reconcile with systems.
• Plan layouts, inspect equipment, and manage maintenance requests.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and financial variance analysis.
• Schedule and assign warehouse staff; monitor performance.
• Recruit, orient, and train warehouse personnel.
• Coach and develop staff; manage performance reviews.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networks.
• Support team goals and ensure fair treatment of all employees.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
