CJ Logistics Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift at the Illinois logistics center. You will coach, develop, and engage staff to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance, manage attendance and payroll compliance, and ensure a safe, union-free, high-performing workplace. This is an on-site, full-time role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain/logistics.
• 1–3 years of experience supervising others in e-commerce.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
