CJ Logistics America is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift at our logistics center in Matteson, IL. You will coach a team to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets while working with cross-functional partners to drive improvements and best practices.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, team development, and strong communication to keep operations aligned with customer goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Hybrid and on-site collaboration support may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supervising others.
• Strong leadership with organization, communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Commitment to safe work environment and safety culture.
• Excellent planning, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication; high EI.
• Foundational MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to adapt, manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
