Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years related warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse practices, policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow and coverage.
• Monitor operations on the warehouse floor and provide real-time problem solving.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of warehouse activities.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed to support workflow.
• Lead, coach and train warehouse staff on procedures and safety.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Communicate updates with staff and management.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
