GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in New Jersey for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 11:00am–7:30pm). You will lead daily warehouse operations, oversee a team, train staff, and ensure high quality standards and 7S compliance. Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse and prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy and standards.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, team members and other departments.
