Job summary

State Electric Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and delivery operations, supervise drivers, and ensure on-time orders and accurate inventory. This role focuses on safety, efficiency, and giving our customers reliable service.

You will work with branch leadership to improve workflows, train staff, and review KPIs. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; 5 years in warehouse or logistics operations with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations, including staffing, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Supervise delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient customer deliveries.
• Coordinate warehouse operations to support accurate and timely order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Prepare and review management reports related to productivity, safety, and KPIs.
• Identify areas for operational improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new warehouse and delivery employees.
• Participate in branch meetings to discuss updates and improvements.
