Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (minimum).
• 1 year of experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE and forklift equipment.
• Forklift training certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Oversee unloading, picking, and staging of shipments; verify paperwork.
• Provide professional customer service and prepare site activity reports.
• Ensure product quality and proper labeling; report damages or discrepancies.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and OSHA/MSDS compliance.
