Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 2 years in warehouse management with some customer contact.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and lean/six sigma knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Establish a culture of continuous improvement across the team.
• Manage workload for non-exempt employees.
• Develop and support warehouse best practices.
• Ensure correct shipment of all customer orders and train staff accordingly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to handle varying workloads.
• Develop people through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and safety procedures.
• Lead, monitor and report team productivity and results.
