Job summary

Drug Plastics Group in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Material Warehouse Manager to lead material handlers, supervise warehousing activities, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate with PPIC, Purchasing, Customer Service, Logistics, and other departments to ensure on-time shipping and raw material availability, while maintaining 5S and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily warehouse activities.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO, inventory control, and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise material handlers to maintain quality and standards.
• Promote positive employee relations through training and feedback.
• Ensure clean and safe warehouse areas (5S).
• Attend shift change meetings to discuss schedules and issues.
• Review shipping/receiving to keep schedules on target.
• Coordinate with corporate departments to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
