Job summary

Milliken & Company is seeking a Warehouse Facilitator at the Redwood Distribution Center in Spartanburg, SC to lead daily distribution operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage, processing, and shipment of materials.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive inventory accuracy, optimize material flow, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement while coordinating with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, inventory control, and material handling is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and warehouse management tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily DC operations to ensure safe, accurate receiving and shipping.
• Drive inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and cost controls.
