Job summary

Milliken and Company in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Warehouse Facilitator to lead daily distribution center operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage, processing, and shipment of materials. You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations to optimize flow and accuracy while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with all shipping regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving or distribution center preferred.
Working knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and shipping processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with computer systems and warehouse management tools.
Knowledge of hazardous materials regulations (DOT, IATA, IMDG) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily DC operations for receipt, storage, processing and shipment.
Drive inventory accuracy and safe, compliant material flow.
Partner with Supply Chain and Customer Service to meet customer needs.
Promote safety, continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Lead and develop DC team through coaching and training.
Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance for shipping.
