Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of WMS and inventory control procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards in warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, and shipping of materials and finished products.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain an efficient team.
• Maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics to align schedules.
• Monitor equipment and facilities, coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare improvement reports.
• Develop and enforce SOPs to optimize warehouse processes and reduce costs.
