Job summary

The role emphasizes Total Production Efficiency (TPE), staff development, and KPI-driven improvements. Strong communication, ISO/Lean knowledge and ERP experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to develop and coach diverse teams.
• 5+ years of experience.
• 2+ years leadership in shipping, receiving, stockroom.
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving activities.
• Oversee warehouse operations under 5S and safety, with environmental initiatives.
• Coordinate inventory, labeling, audits, and cycle counts.
• Coach and develop staff, set performance standards, and conduct appraisals.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
