Responsibilities

• Assemble materials/sub-assemblies in line with schedule and quality standards.
• Follow supervisor, engineer and manager instructions.
• Support operators to maintain workflow in the work cell.
• Report production information to supervisors and managers.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and troubleshoot defects.
• Manage inventory and stock inventories.
• Provide operator training and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Take on additional duties as requested.
