Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations at our Pelzer facility. You will lead daily activities, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate material flow to production and maintaining records in Oracle.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inbound/outbound shipments, driving inventory accuracy, and enforcing 5S and safety standards while collaborating with Planning, Procurement, and Logistics to resolve material constraints. Forklift license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management or Logistics preferred.
• 5+ years of experience and 5+ years supervisory experience in shipping/stockroom.
• Obtain and maintain relevant certifications for work performed, such as a forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring safe, efficient material flow to support production.
• Manage receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, and delivery per procedures and SOX controls.
• Ensure production lines are supplied with the correct materials at the correct time to maintain schedule adherence and prevent downtime.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, transaction compliance, and root cause analysis.
• Enforce the 'No Transaction, No Movement' policy and ensure all material movements are completed accurately within Oracle and systems.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with documentation and system transactions.
