Covenant Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage daily shift operations at the Grove City site, ensuring safety, productivity, and profitability targets are met. You will supervise Warehouse Associates and exercise discretion on personnel actions while coordinating with the General Manager and Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement and performance.

This role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills, with experience in Lean/Six Sigma, WMS,

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED Equivalency is required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Warehouse leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to ensure building safety and planning.
• Plan labor to follow production or customer needs.
• Track and train associates to maximize utilization.
• Ensure daily shift KPIs are met.
• Assist in staff development through cross-training and on-job training.
• Study processes using Lean/Six Sigma/5S to improve efficiency.
