A Bachelor’s in logistics or related field and 5+ years of leadership in warehouse operations are preferred; Lean/Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field required or preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and shipping logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse functions: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance; conduct safety audits and training.
• Prepare and manage budgets for warehouse operations and forecast expenditures.
• Communicate with procurement, logistics, and customer service to streamline operations.
