Job summary

RK Logistics Group is seeking a Lead I to oversee safety, productivity, and performance of operational staff on a 7-day, 24-hour shift. The role includes planning, project management, performance analysis, and cross-department coordination to drive operational excellence.

You will ensure on-time execution, mentor teammates, and support scheduling, reporting, and inventory activities while maintaining quality standards and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Strong math, writing, and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency; SAP and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and provide advanced training.
• Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Foster a positive team attitude to maintain high morale and productivity.
• Delegate tasks and monitor performance to meet daily quotas.
