Responsibilities include mentoring staff, scheduling, and driving Lean/5S improvements. Must ensure quality standards, escalate issues promptly, and maintain strong customer relationships during visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or related field.
• Strong math, writing, and communication skills.
• Safe handling of dangerous goods.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and provide advanced training to ensure role clarity.
• Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Foster a positive team attitude to maintain morale and productivity.
• Support onboarding and continuous training efforts.
• Delegate tasks and monitor team performance to meet daily quotas.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and productivity goals.
• Assist in scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S principles.
• Conduct performance analysis and report findings to senior management.
