Job summary

AdminBridge in Akron is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure accurate inventory control and timely shipping. You will implement efficient processes and train staff while maintaining safety standards.

You will collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipments in a fast-paced environment, and bring 3+ years of supervisory experience along with a solid grasp of WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and WMS preferred.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Lead and monitor a team of warehouse workers; assign tasks and provide guidance.
• Ensure accurate inventory recording and maintenance.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Develop efficient processes to improve productivity.
• Train new staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate shipments with other departments to resolve issues.
