Tellworks Logistics in Arlington, TX is seeking a 1st Shift Supervisor to lead outbound operations, monitor KPIs, and coach a site-based team. This role is in-person with standard Monday–Friday hours and potential extended hours to meet contract obligations.

You will ensure process adherence, drive safety, and implement improvements across warehouse processes while maintaining a high level of customer service. A high school diploma and strong leadership skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Troubleshoot problems including discrepancies and system issues; implement corrective action.
• Record and monitor KPI’s per contract; coordinate with Management to resolve underperformance.
• Ensure department tasks are followed; take corrective action when not followed.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures.
• Drive process improvement and standardization; ensure training completion.
• Drive Safety Initiative and maintain a safe, clean, orderly facility.
• Provide leadership and coaching to site-based team through training and evaluation.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for the accuracy and quality of all outbound processes.
• Troubleshoot problems including discrepancies, system processing issues, and operational opportunities and provide corrective action to resolve.
• Record and monitor KPI’s (SLA’s) per contract; working with Management as needed to rectify and resolve issues that have contributed to underperformance.
• Ensure that all processes related to department tasks are followed and take corrective action when not followed.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Drive process improvement and warehouse process standardization; ensuring that training is completed as needed
• Drive Safety Initiative; ensuring that the facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
• Provide leadership and coaching to site-based team thru active training and evaluating employees
