Qualifications

• Five years of management experience in warehousing.
• Bachelor degree in business discipline or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills.
• Proven proficiency in a production environment.
• Successful track record in leadership and supervising the work of subordinates.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement
• Computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel (advanced). SAP is a plus.
• Prioritization and planning skills
• Must be able to read and comprehend written English to perform essential job functions and adhere to safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations, including labor scheduling, supervision and space/equipment utilization.
• Staffing, safety, sanitation programs and customer service.
• Oversee efficient manufacturing operations including production planning, procurement, maintenance, shipping and returns handling.
• Align labor capacity and forecasts with customer goals and operational KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate material flow, with adherence to cost and service standards.
• Lead supervisory staff and collaborate with facility leadership to meet objectives.
• Maintain safety, compliance, reporting accuracy, and facility upkeep.
