Job summary

PerfectVision Manufacturing, Inc. seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Atlanta, GA. You will supervise, train, and support staff on shipping, receiving, picking, packing, stocking, and inventory control, while maintaining safety and productivity.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of improving workflow and on-time order fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of operations management experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills required.
• Ability to lead and train warehouse staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and practices.
• Must be able to pass a background screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively participate in daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, stocking, and material handling.
• Lead on-floor with staff to ensure productivity, safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Monitor orders to maintain cut-off times and continuous production flow.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to warehouse personnel.
• Act as Acting Manager in the absence of the Manager.
• Ensure consistent attendance and reliability.
