Job summary

Mechanical Reps Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead distribution and sales from the warehouse. You will project, dispatch, and store products while coordinating with sales and support teams to meet customer satisfaction and company goals.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and warehouse systems, ensuring efficient stock control and timely deliveries. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 4+ years in warehouse management with strong communication and organization

Qualifications

4+ years of customer service/warehouse management experience.
Valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance and clean driving record.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Cooperate as a team member with all departments.

Responsibilities

Oversees distribution, warehousing, and shipping.
Forecasts requirements, prepares budgets, and schedules expenditures.
Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage.
Manages stock control, inventory management, and motivates employees.
Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and handling systems.
Drives 16ft delivery box truck as needed in RGV area.
Oversees shipping and receiving goods in the warehouse.
