Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, dispatch, and inventory control. You will lead a small team, ensure safety, and coordinate with production and installation schedules.

The role requires 2–4 years of leadership in warehouse settings, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with warehouse management systems. Experience with construction materials is a plus; OSHA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years warehouse leadership or logistics experience.
• Experience with construction materials, flooring, countertops, or building product warehousing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving, put-away, staging, and outbound dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records including receipts, transfers, holds, adjustments, and returns.
• Lead and develop warehouse team, ensuring workflow, accountability, and performance standards.
• Plan cycle counts and quarterly physical inventories.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and adherence to warehouse procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and ensure proper equipment care.
