Job summary

Thermal Supply Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, staff, and inventory movement to meet branch customer delivery goals. In this role you will supervise drivers, coordinate shipping, and ensure safety and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops warehouse staff while enforcing safety and policies.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse/inventory management and cycle counts.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Build morale and coach staff to reach potential; promote teamwork.
• Monitor inventory levels; conduct cycle counts; minimize dead stock.
