Job summary

Performance Team seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee activities related to ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials in a full-time on-site role in Los Angeles. The position entails planning schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supervising 20+ employees while ensuring safety and operational procedures are followed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) with related experience, strong leadership, and payroll oversight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in warehousing and inventory control preferred.
• Ability to supervise 20+ employees and manage payroll and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers handling ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Maintain records of inventory adjustments and audits.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff accordingly.
• Direct workers and assign duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and procedures communicated to staff.
• Manage payroll for the department.
• Support inventory control to maximize accuracy.
• Communicate operational procedures and monitor performance.
