Job summary

MIMCO/Balford Farms in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping.

You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, supervise staff, train on safety procedures, and use WMS to track inventory and performance. The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehousing or logistics, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in logistics preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
• Walk and inspect designated areas in cold storage or outdoor environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software and WMS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate warehouse equipment.
• Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• Resolve logistical and operational issues.
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks.
• Use WMS and inventory software for tracking.
• Supervise staff and train on safety procedures.
• Enforce warehouse safety and GWP.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels and warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with departments to improve efficiency.
• Follow food safety and security standards; report issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
