Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our NH Portsmouth area warehouse. The role requires overseeing personnel, inventory and daily operations to ensure efficient, on-time deliveries of exterior building products.

You will supervise loading/unloading, coordinate shipments, and maintain strict inventory accuracy while managing safety and scheduling. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse management experience, strong customer service skills, forklift

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse management experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of material-handling experience.
• Forklift certification and experience driving a box truck (preferred).
• Ability to lead a team and/or work one-on-one with customers.
• Ability and willingness to lift boxes and building materials weighing up to 70+ lbs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High integrity, high energy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to navigate technology to schedule deliveries and manage inventory.

• Manages loading/unloading of exterior building products (siding, windows, gutters).
• Coordinates shipments to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Collaborates with warehouse associates in loading/unloading trucks.
• Hires and manages warehouse personnel.
• Approves associates' schedules to minimize overtime.
• Establishes bin locations and oversees daily cycle counts for accuracy.
• Verifies orders picked and shipments received for accuracy.
• Operates forklift and keeps warehouse clean and orderly.
