Job summary

Berkshire Production Supply LLC in Portland, OR is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support warehouse operations, coach staff, ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping, and uphold safety standards.

This role requires forklift experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs; training on forklift will be provided. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to improve efficiency and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, up to 70 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach Warehouse Associates.
• Assist in resolving customer or team issues.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (pick, load, pack, ship).
• Sort and place materials according to standards.
• Receive and process warehouse stock and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Follow quality service standards and company procedures.
• Assist with emergency vending deliveries.
• Operate a forklift (training provided).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
