Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a Warehouse Operations role in King of Prussia, PA. You will support the Warehouse Manager, manage inventory and oversee loading/unloading of building products, and ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires forklift certification and prior material-handling experience, with a focus on safety and teamwork. The position emphasizes working closely with customers and colleagues to maintain a high standard of service, accuracy, and efficiency in daily warehouse

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse management experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of previous material-handling experience.
• Forklift certification and experience driving a box truck (preferred).
• Ability to lead a team and/or work one-on-one with our customers.
• Ability to lift boxes and building materials weighing up to 70+ lbs.
• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to new processes.
• High integrity, energy, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations including personnel.
• Assists with aspects of warehouse inventory control.
• Manages the loading and unloading of exterior building products such as siding, windows, and gutter.
• Coordinates shipments to ensure deliveries are on time and accurate.
• Works with warehouse associates in loading/unloading trucks.
• Assists with daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Verifies accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
• Knows how to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Keeps warehouse clean and orderly.
