WAREHOUSE MANAGER – Moore, SC
Hours: 8am-5pm (M-F)
Pay: $60K - $70K (Depends on Experience)
Position Summary The Warehouse Manager overseeing all daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and high-performance team management. This role is responsible for maintaining safety, optimizing processes, and supporting company goals through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations — Manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Control — Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
- Team Leadership — Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse associates; set performance expectations and conduct evaluations.
- Safety & Compliance — Enforce OSHA standards, maintain clean work areas, and ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.
- Process Optimization — Identify bottlenecks, implement workflow improvements, and drive productivity using KPIs.
- Systems Management — Operate and maintain WMS/ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Insight Works), ensuring accurate data entry and system utilization.
- Vendor & Logistics Coordination — Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely inbound/outbound movement.
- Reporting & KPIs — Track and report metrics such as order accuracy, pick rate, dock-to-stock time, and inventory shrinkage.
- Equipment Oversight — Ensure forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, and scanners are maintained and safe to operate.
- Budget & Cost Control — Manage labor, supplies, and equipment expenses to meet budget targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (Business Central + Insight Works is a plus)
- Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain one
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with barcode scanning systems, mobile warehousing apps, or automation tools
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement exposure
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume fulfillment environments

Physical Requirements
