Job summary

Textum OPCO LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, and shipping. You will ensure materials are accurate, traceable, and available for production, while overseeing forklift operations and daily warehouse activities.

The ideal candidate will develop personnel, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in processes, layout, and data integrity within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or materials experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Two+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Prior forklift operating experience required; must complete company-required training and maintain authorization to operate forklifts.
• Willingness and ability to operate a forklift regularly and perform daily warehouse tasks.
• Strong working knowledge of receiving, shipping, cycle counting, inventory transactions, and material handling.
• Experience using an ERP or warehouse management system and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing lot-controlled or traceable inventory preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and employee development skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Organization: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse using 5S principles.
• Inventory Accuracy and Material Control: Own inventory accuracy across raw materials, work in process under warehouse control, finished goods, and warehouse supplies.
• Receiving, Shipping and Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift regularly to unload deliveries, move and store materials, support production, and load outbound shipments.
• Production Support: Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure materials are available for scheduled work.
• Team Leadership and Continuous Improvement: Hire, train, schedule, and develop warehouse employees; review performance and drive process improvements.
