Job summary

STAUFF North America in Waldwick, NJ, seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and personnel management.

This hands-on leader will drive safety, accuracy, on-time shipments, and continuous improvement while coaching the team and coordinating with the Inventory Specialist to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of warehouse experience with receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Previous supervisory or warehouse management experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and OSHA warehouse safety standards.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound receiving and outbound shipping for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Monitor operations to meet customer expectations and service requirements.
• Maintain equipment and tooling per schedule and 5S standards.
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel for productivity and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
