Job summary

STAUFFER GLOVE & SAFETY is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to provide strategic oversight and drive operational excellence across multiple warehouse locations in the region. You will lead Warehouse Managers, ensure safety, and align with corporate standards while improving inventory accuracy, order quality, and KPI performance.

The role requires 8+ years in operations leadership, a bachelor’s degree in business/logistics, and travel to sites for quarterly and unscheduled visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management (multi-site).
• Experience leading warehouses and driving process improvements.

• Oversee operational performance of multiple warehouse facilities.
• Conduct site visits and drive corrective action plans.
• Develop standardized work and SOPs for region.
