Job summary

Westrock Coffee in Conway, Arkansas is seeking an Inventory Lead who will organize the warehouse, coordinate material requests, and ensure on-time delivery to production and distribution teams. You will supervise a small transportation team, perform ERP transactions, and maintain FIFO material handling with a commitment to safety and GMP standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication across manufacturing, distribution and supply chain functions, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control experience.
• Forklift certified with 1+ years of experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and follow safety regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication, self-starter attitude.
• Attention to detail while maintaining professionalism and honesty.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP system.
• Manufacturing environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret production schedule and submit material requests via ERP to ensure timely arrivals.
• Conduct cycle counts and organize returns of packaging materials.
• Use FIFO when pulling materials for traceability and maintain warehouse organization.
• Receive purchase orders in ERP and process paperwork for Compliance and Accounting.
• Manage small transportation team and supervise floor personnel.
• Communicate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain teams on non-conformances.
• Execute inventory transactions in ERP and operate a forklift safely.
• Adhere to safety, GMP, and company policies; lead shift transitions and daily meetings.
• Assist with breaks and lunches to keep machines running at peak production.
